The unique seventh function of the nose is to help you exist on Earth. It’s one of the most versatile and elegant organs of the human body.
Nasal blockage, loss of smell or ongoing nasal discharge can severely affect the quality of your life. Only a perfect nose can give you the life that you deserve.
Our goal at the Right Nose Clinic is to treat your nasal problems effectively.
The nose provides you with a primary route for breathing.
When breathing, the air became moisturised, humidified and filtered from dust, pollen and germs.
Also, it warms up the air to be perfect for your lungs and protects you from unpleasant irritating agents.
The nose determines your voice and your facial characteristics.
Since the nose is an air filter, the nose becomes obstructed after being constantly exposed to dust and chemicals, especially at night.
Also, repeated nasal infection will lead to impaired nasal sinus ventilation, represented as recurrent nasal infection.
If you suffer from any of the following symptoms, it is better to visit our clinic.
The Right Nose Clinic in Dubai is fully equipped with the most advanced imaging technologies, such as on-site CT and MRI, and the newest minimally invasive surgical tools, such as laser, radiofrequency, or navigation-guided sinus surgery.
All our procedures are day-case
A consultation with Dr Levente helps you better understand any problems you may have and the options available to restore full nose functionality.
Dr Levente Deak gained profound knowledge and nasal surgical skills at UCL London and Cambridge University to provide you with the most accurate and least invasive treatment.
Using a minimally invasive keyhole surgical method – An endoscope- can minimise the trauma to the nose and provide practical and long-term treatment.
Combined with a navigation system, where the doctor can see your nasal CT scan image during the surgery, the effectiveness of the surgery can be improved with less anaesthesia time.
He is performing only nasal surgeries daily. More than 5000 cases in Dubai performed with the highest satisfaction rate.
His premise is “Since all of us are unique, each nose needs to be tailored to its own needs. “
Dr Levente – The Right Nose
Sinusitis/Sinus usually presents as ongoing postnasal discharge, pain pressure around the involved sinus, and nasal blockage.
Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (ESS) aims to renew sinus ventilation that becomes physically obstructed following chronic sinus infection or nasal polyps.
Functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with the most advanced navigation system will ensure maximum benefit with minimal intervention.
The surgery is performed through the nostrils, so no black eyes or scars are seen on the face after the procedure. The recovery is quick; a normal lifestyle can be maintained after three days.
Long-term conservative sinus treatment alone (antibiotics or nasal sprays) does not offer a permanent solution in most cases; therefore, together with the EES procedure, an excellent, predictable long-term outcome can be achieved.
For chronic sinusitis treatment in Dubai, consult with Dr Levente Deak who can provide personalised care tailored to your needs.
The nose is divided in the middle by two partitions. The mid wall is called the nasal septum, which often bends to either side caused by past injuries or through natural growth.
That deviation makes the two nostrils uneven, causing a reduction in the airflow. Correction of the midline- septoplasty opens up space and helps you get unrestricted airflow.
Due to fine instruments and precise surgical skills, the operation is now a day-case procedure and pain-free. Only light packing is inserted if needed.
Your nose is an air filter; sometimes, after exposure to a high volume of dust and chemicals, the nasal filter – called turbinates – enlarges and obstructs the nose, especially at night.
If so, the “side cushions” are trimmed to improve the nasal airway but maintain its filtering function.
At the Right Nose Clinic Dubai, we use the most advanced and least invasive methods to give you the best outcome with minimum downtime.
The actual method is selected based on your needs. Nasal packing is seldom necessary, meaning you can return home on the same day with saline nasal drops, which we advise you to take for a couple of days.
Are you experiencing persistent issues with a blocked nose, particularly at night?
Nasal blockage can significantly impact your quality of life, making breathing difficult and getting a good night’s sleep difficult.
If you’ve tried various remedies and treatments without success, it may be time to consider blocked nose surgery.
Blocked nose surgery, also known as nasal surgery or septoplasty, is a procedure designed to address the underlying causes of nasal blockage and improve airflow.
It is typically recommended for individuals with chronic nasal congestion, recurrent sinus infections, or structural abnormalities in the nasal passage, such as a deviated septum.
This surgical intervention can help alleviate nasal blockage, restore proper breathing, and provide long-lasting relief.
Before opting for blocked nose surgery, it is essential to consult with an experienced ENT specialist, Dr Levente, who can evaluate your condition and determine if the procedure is appropriate for you.
He will assess the severity of your symptoms, conduct a thorough examination, and discuss the potential benefits and risks of the surgery.

Most of our patients are amazed by how little pain they experience following nasal surgery. The most common concern is the inability to breathe through the nose for the first 8 hours.
During recovery, the head of the bed will be slightly elevated, and an ice gel will be placed around your eyes and forehead.
Fluids will be provided as soon as possible to refuel the body. Depending on the surgical method, the nose could be blocked, but all the packs will be removed within 12 hours postoperatively.
Do not blow your nose after the surgery for seven days.
After a couple of hours after the procedure, you can go home, and based on the procedure type, the follow-up is either 72 hours or seven days after.
You may get a blood-stained/pinkish discharge for two days, but it will settle down after proper nasal irrigation with nasal saline.
It is usual for the nose to feel blocked for several days and up to two weeks after the surgery as the internal swelling settles.
